What image are you using?
Seems an EPG related problem.

Have you tried the EPG integrated in BH image (Blue -> Red button) ?

Had same crashes,,,and after reading my crash log,,,its something to do with locating a new converter and start after cross epg file converting!
I will remove EPG Cross plug in, end-of-story!
