Internet trouble

Hello,

thank you for giving me help. I have a trouble with my Uno box, i think its a netowork connexion trouble. The internet goes down and when i try to restart the network connection all the box is shut down and it shows a green image with an erro messages.

If you have an hdd attached to your STB ... check its root home folder ( /media/hdd ) for a crashlog, if you haven´t try llocate it on your /home/root stb folder, by using an ftp tool.

Use an FTP tool like Filezilla, DCC or VUcc, download it and upload it here for giving us more details to help you.

Thank you for you answer,

i actually updated the software to 2.1.7 cause i taught it was an image trouble. Now it seems to be OK. In case of not, i will come back to do what you tell me.
