vu duo cant read usb to flash

Hi guys I have problem when I flash vu duo
the image version is old which is 1.7.9
I try with versions such as 1.7.9 , 2.0.1 and 2.1.2 but not success to flash

also it has internal hardisk 320 GB

also today I flash my duo 2 with no problem in same flash 16 GB which format on FAT32

Please any one can help me and thank yuo

I used another USB and vu duo read it with no problem
