by mistake i was installed and old version of subsupport without hebrew subs.

i was uninstall the subsupport too and reinstall the media player 2 and nothing.

no hebrew in there.

it's very strange.

The lastest version of SubsSupport plugin is incompatible with BlackHole images:

1) Skin issues

2) SubsSupport is a dependency of KODI, that is embedded on image.

§ If subtitles are to important for your using, try with OpenBH image, or be patient that VUPLUS updates KODI and SubsSupport itself.

If you installed a clean, fresh image downloaded from here, the official BH and OBH website, there is no password for the root user.
If you installed a backup from some strange website, it is not welcome here.
 
Can't put new skin on my Solo 4K.

Probably you are using an incompatible skin or an outdated firmware version.

Wich firmware image version are you using on your SOLO4K.

Press MENU > INFORMATION > ABOUT and check your firmware ( image ) version.

You must assign the new skin though!

Press <MENU>; <SETUP>;<SYSTEM>;<SKIN> and choose the new skin. After that your Solo4K will restart with the new skin.

How can I adjust the time zone?
The clock is one hour wrong.
Goes into time zone, but there is no time zone choice.
 
VU+ boxes have no clock on the motherboard. BH does not have a ntp server (as, for instance OBH). So it has to get the time from the transponders and, usually, from the transponder of the channel n.1 (the 1st in the 1st bouquet).
