Well lets start with... What Vu+ do you have and about all the plugins in your list are rule breakers here my friend
If you want to re arrange that list, download "Plugin Sort" from the plugin feed

And, by the way, apart from the right observations made by @nunigaia, if you really are using OBH (as you posted in this section), there is no officialy supported plugin to sort... plugins. But you have at least the chance to order them alphabetically in the Setup/User interface/Settings.
