Thanks to author for nice plugin.
Thanks also to our user @mosad for help with plugin,testing and skin coding modifications.
We modified it for Black Hole image
you can use to manual download posters and info
This is only possible and good for BH performance.
This plugin has been created to get more information (poster and info...) about events.
source data are obtained from public websites(tmdb, tvdb, omdb, maze ...).
this plugin is open source and free...
Shareable changes can be made by protecting non-commercial and "digiteng" rights...
plug-in features;
- Event sources can be downloaded with Black Hole image ... directly, manually.
- Event mode can be selected as "current channel" and "bouquets".
- The number of events and how many events belonging to the channel can be selected.
- the search language can be set ...
usage and recommendations;
when you first open the plugin,
Set Config Menu ...yes
Set Location /media/hdd or /media/usb/ or some other folder
(The plugin will create a folder on your HDD or USB /path/xtraEvent/poster (poster, infos,etc..)
Set Search mode "bouquets" for main use
Set image sources,Maze TV shows and info ...yes
Black Hole not using Banner and Backdrop set to no
Click Search green button
select bouquet
Click Save green button
Click with Plugin Download
Click Download green button.

Warning
if you want to uninstall the plugin
you must first change image to a skin that does not use this plugin
(no posters) in the skin
The same goes for skins
you can't use skin (for XtraEvent)
without a plugin that would crash the image.
If this happens to you then you have to manually delete the skin (FTP)

Let me note
that the number of downloads and information also depends on the type of Epg you use.
If you use Epg from the WW net don't forget to turn it off in Epg Main settings
Eit settings.
Of course if you don't turn it off
you can have Epg from satellite and ww net at the same time.
Which allows for even more posters and information.
It depends on personal priority.Try it..
