More than 4 satellites on VU Solo

Hello everybody
I have vu plus solo , I have a problem , I want to add more than 4 satellite in tuner configuration,but as you know in simple configuration you can config 4 direction not more , furthermore , I used advanced setting for resolving my problem but after completed scan, not channel found .
Is there any one to know that ?
Thanks a bunch

Can you please tell us your dish/LNB configurations, and what Diseqc switches you're using, so that we can help you.

It means you set it up wrongly. As Mick said, tell us how is your system. Do you phisically have more than 4 LNBs and, consequently, you've got a DiSEqC switch with more than 4 outputs?
Or you have some dual feed LNBs: this would get the situation much more complicated, as a normal DiSEqC switch is not able to manage the built-in switch in the dual feed LNBs.
So, we need further details.

Thank you so much for response ,
we have more than 4 satellite, exactly 6 LNBs , and that is installed in central mode for all of the apartments (Subscribers) , one of the my neighbor has general receiver (not linux type, for example starmax) , and they can use full 6 LNBs ,but I can not .

This is not a fully description of your system!!! You simply said how many LNBs you have!
How many cables arrive in your apartment? If one, you need to know, for each LNB, what is the DiSEqC switch port it uses. Then in the tuner configuration you'll use:
1) Advanced mode
2) within the tuner A, for example, you need to choose a satellite and, in the below row, assign it to a LNB (notice that the LNB here, in the tuner configuration, has nothing to do to the real assignment of the switch). For instance LNB1 to 13E
3) In the DiSEqC row, you need to specify that satellite what port needs.

If, instead, to your apartment arrive more than one cable, is there a DiSEqC switch where the six cables are connected?

Without DETAILED info, no real help is possible.

Thanks a bunch , I don't know exactly about correct answer to your tips , but I will try to find that ,and response again .

Thanks again

So, you don't know how many cables arrive in your flat? If it's one, it must surely come from a switch placed outside.
You can at least use your neighbours' settings to find out which satellite is assigned to which port.

Hello again and thank you for response
I asked ,and my neighbor gave me this settings :
Turksat (42E) --> LNB 4
Yahsat (52E) --> LNB 2
Eutelsat (7E) --> LNB 2
Astra (31.5 E) --> LNB 3
Hotbird (13E) --> LNB 1
Eutelsat (25.5) --> LNB 1
as you can see , we have 6 satellite , but I can only received 4 of them !!!!

There must be a mistake in that configuration, you can't receive neither 7E and 52E with a single lnb, nor 13E and 26E.
They're quite apart satellites, it can't be done.
But at least you know which sats are being received, so you can try one by one to find out which one is in which port using advanced (1.1) setting.
On the other hand, you won't have much to watch on 31.5E and also 7E unless you have a subscription card in your box, as they're mostly encrypted channels.

Exactly: the configuration you reported, if true, is surely wrong!
This also explain why you can receive only 4 satellites: 6-2 (the two wrong couples) =4
You have another chance: OBH is able to autodetect which satellite is in which port.
Unfortunately, this can't be done with the advanced tuner configuration. But you can tell the system you have a 4 ports DiSEqC switch and chosse, then,
DiSEqC A/B/C/D. Then use the Autodetect.
At least you'll find the first four ports of your switch which satellites are they connected to.
Then you'll switch to Advanced Mode, you'll set the first 4 LNBs and then you have to try one by one the other two.
