Spinner show up all time

Hi all , does anyone have the spinner showing up all time with every clik? , when zap channels etc and image become so slow , i have this for some days now , free space is ok and no much plugins

Any addition/plugin/skin can cause this.
Which means you have to test with a clean image and test after each plugin or skin you add to the image.

Spinner doesn't show up for itself: it simply means: "box busy in other operations".
So, as Matrix said, it might be some plugin or, I add, an attempt to use a connected device, like a NAS, a USB stick or the internal HDD itself.
If, for example, the internal HDD becomes faulty and needs more attempts to read a sector, you'll surely have an impasse and the box gets stuck or slows down.
So, the spinner lets you know this fact.

Thank you both MX10 & Alexwilmac , i did some cleaning ,removed no neccessary plugins and unused skins .. now everything fine
