MY Technisat skystar-usb box not recognized

Vu+ Newbie
I tried to connect a USB Technisat skystar-usb box to my VU+ uno but it isn't recognized...
I go to setuup --> service searching --> tuner configuration and I can only see the internal DVBS2 tuner.

Is there something else I should do? Find and install drivers maybe?
Is it possible that it is not compatible with VU +uno?

Black Hole Vu+ Uno v.2.0.1 OE 2

Thanks

Thanks for the output...

Thank you and please, post exact name of your Technisat stick too.

Is there on your box a sticker (bar code with some numbers and so on) to identify exact model? There was two versions STV0299 and Zarlink MT312 chipset. Is it working on other stuff (PC)?

Looking the debug file, the user version is the one with STV0299 and there is a bug into b2c2 driver :(
