I've the same device and have a poor tuner sensitivity .... try to connect it to a external powered hub USB

Power can be a problem. DVB USB devices take a lot of power to work correctly

Very strange that doesen't detect any service .... My device detect aprox. 40 services instead of 300 ....

Put the correct zone on usb settings, if no signal check if aerial makes good the center and earth contact
