3.0.1C (& E) CrossEpg bug

Wrong. Updating Rytec providers under BH 217 doesn't work anymore, so I copied the .conf from BH 301 to BH 217 and the BH 217 download worked perfectly. This is the proof that Rytec files are good.
BTW the .conf files are in /usr/crossepg/providers
