Audio Issues..

Hello community ,
i decided to write down and summarize my audio issues just in case someone can help me sort them out or is just issues that i have to wait to be solved by future updates...

My Configuration:
TV : Sony KDL32W651
RECEIVER : Vu+ Ultimo
AV Receiver : Pioneer VSX-323k

All of the above are connected as they should with HDMI cables and in all of them i have enabled the HDMI CEC functionality so they can communicate together..
In Setup Settings of BH Image i have all the instances of Downmix set to OFF (in order to get true audio from all speakers and not downmix it into STEREO 2 channels)

Issue No1 : In some channels e.g AXN SciFi , i loose the sound during reklam playback.
Issue No2 : In HD Channels i can't control the sound(volume up/down) for some reason its controlled only by my av receiver..only if i setup the DolbyDigital to Downmix ON,then i can use volume up/down by VU+ remote control..
Issue No3 : I can't make the HDMI Passthrough work (any suggestions about configuration? cables etc?).
Issue No4 : Shall i setup to BH Image DOLBY DIGITAL by Default to ON ?(what good will it do ?).
Issue No5 : Is it possible for the BH Team to redirect the volume control of the receiver to the volume control of the av receiver ??or at least to have a sound bar when we are controlling volume by the av receiver ?

1) Seems a TV provider problem. Try with Downmix setted up to ON (only for testing purposes only of course)
2) It's normal because the bitstream autio is processed by amplifier. If downmix is ON, the audio bitstream is controlled by Vu+
3) Uhm... I've read something about it (drivers 2014-03-06 - http://code.vuplus.com/gitweb/?p=vu...it;h=1df2086c29d580a8ea2d8fcae2da51b8c7f3730a) but I can't test it.
4) Menu -> Setup -> System -> A/V Settings -> Default to Dolby: ON
5) Ask directly Vu+ about it (www.vuplus.com) because BH uses the official Vu+ codebase and the feature you request is part of HDMI-CEC plugin that is maintained by manufacturer Dev team.

First of all thank you that you read and answer to my thread....much appreciated !!!!

I took into consideration what you told me and i re installed the latest drivers 2014.03.18 from vu+ site , my issues were not actually fixed but the HDMI passthrough works by redirecting the audio through my TV...which actually doesn't help in anything(if you own a av receiver).
What i noticed was that there is a conflict between audio recognition from terrestrial channels , changing to satellite channels....I believe that audio from terrestrial channels messes up the audio of my av receiver and after that is not able to recognize correctly the audio from satellite channels.....
So what i did and so far works in all channels was to downmix-ON AAC audio from the BH menu, it works also if you downmix DTS/Dolby Digital but then all audio is being recognized as PCM and not DTS/DD etc...
The other thing that i noticed is that the box or the service(channels) control the audio of my av receiver.....I can't override the settings and use other sound modes or settings of my av receiver...Simply put, whatever the Channel is transmitting, this is what i will get....So if there is MPEG/PCM audio i get that...if there is DD audio i get that.....

I am trying to find some surround test audio to play....do you know any credible site or examples ??i must also test audio from the videos that i have downloaded for testing purposes......

Most probably the other solution to override all issues would be to connect an optical audio cable, but then i will loose a lot of audio quality.....
