Missing RTE 1 & Channel 5 HD

I'm missing RTE1 & Channel5 HD from my Vu+ Duo.I have downloaded many Autobouquets & sent them to my receiver from my PC.The problem is that the Autobouquets will only search for a few seconds & then stop.I can find the channels by doing manual scans.When I do a manual scan I can find all the channels in that transponder, but when I press OK the channels are not saved.Is there a way of saving these to the receiver?I must be missing a step in the process.
 
I hope I don't have the same problem.
Everything is gone now after doing a service scan.
I'll flash Blackhole 1.7.3 again to my receiver.
It's an old one but it serves me well.
Is there an Autobouquet to suit blackhole 1.7.3 ?

Hello

I've had that problem before with auto bouquet and also plugins not installing correctly, I had to do a reflash and that sorted it all out mate
