Back up image

Hi can someone please help me how to back up my black hole image to usb I have tried to search but found loads of other stuff but not this maybe not looking hard enough. I have a usb in the back with a few picons on do I have to remove this first.

You can use Black Hole Full Backup.
Menu > Menu Backup > Full Backup

I would not recommend to use the front slut!

For saving the BKup, U can choose the location/path!
