They are not exactly the same, there are many lines similar, often spelled different or capital letters are different in different skins. I have adapted it as good as possible to several skins. It is also many lines that dont work or are not translatable.
 
Then you have to look closer. For example VU+ and Vu+ ;) Exactly the same msgid lines are not allowed in the program Im using.

line 548: msgid "Do not show YouTube TV Starter again"
line 878: msgid "Do not Show YouTube TV Stater again" ( hier is 1 error (StaRter) in phyton ;)

I've just tolken to coder.
There are now many issue to solve about jump to oe3.0, when img will be more stable also new translations will be added.
We don't have for the moment a sure date of release.
