BH Problem on my Duo2

Thank you for your reply, I have previously tried that only to obtain the same problem, any other advice would be welcome
 
Removed both the tuners, box worked fine and loaded blackhole 2.1.5 ok, the moment I put the tuners back in the box would not boot up, removed the tuners out again and the box booted up OK. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
I have two tuners but I had to remove them both in order for the box to reboot again, I did read somewhere that if the time on the box was not correct (obtained from the satellite) this could cause a problem, any further advice greatly appreciated.
 
Unfortunately I've no further suggestions to give...

But if the time was the culprit, the box should still boot without any cable connected...
