Black Hole 2.15 VU+ Duo2 tuner problems

HI people,
I had a VUPlus Duo2 with Dual Tunner NIM(AVL6222) DVB-S2 and i wont to config to see one chanel and record in other chanel. I config the tunner A to only 1 sat (30W) and tunner B same as tuner A.
I have image in tv screen in tuner A but when i put rec ou active secund window chanel, Tuner A work but Tuner B not work (black tv screen).

What was necessary to do to put working tunner A and B in the same time ?

Another question, when i active second window (in chanel list - menu button - active screen in screen) for a chanel, how can i cancel this function?

Sorry for my english, i'm portuguese.

I suppose you have two separate cables for your tuners.
If this is your setup, configure your tuners like two indipendent tuners without using "Same as tuner A" and retry recording something.

And for ask about where i need to go to close Second Screen Window. When i active image to image i dont know when is close, i search in all menus and only restart VU+ the second screen chanel window desapear.

the second screen chanel = (PIP) Picture in Picture

Long press the blue button> Short press the blue button

If you have only one cable pointing to sat30W, this cable is conected to tunner A but configure tuner B as " Conected to tunner A"
