Black Hole 3.0.2. F,G,H,I picture goes off when changing channels

I did it. It is supposed to work, but when I press red button the message that I have to activate Hbbtv application first appears on front display of Vu+ not on the tv screen and the only possible way how to leave this situation is to power off receiver.. If I disable Hbbtv in BH Speedup menu and press red button again, I receive exactly the same report but on both displays (vfd and tv) and is possible to continue in operation using the exit button..
it is really weird! :sad:
 
Have you tried different channels among the ones with HBBTV available?
And instead of powering off, have you tried EXIT?
 
Yes I tried a lot of channels I pressed EXIT button ones, twice... I have read discussion about the same problem with BH image (I am not alowed to insert link here, I am newcomer..) and conclusion is that even with identical setting and image version on some devices Hbbtv works while on others does not. It seems that I am not a lucky one! :confused:

Everything is OK, unfortunately. As you wrote, it's mystery. If I return to the previous image (it was VTI), I have problem with missing picture, but Hbbtv works fine. Have no idea what is wrong! Will have to get used to it. Nothing is perfect..

With the new 3.0.3 image and 'C' update for Solo 4K, I do not experience the
channel switching error (picture goes off) anymore.
Every channel change works smoothly.
