hi guys. my box after update gives me only 1 second of sound only on channel change. no sound at all. performed factory reset - still the same
any help please

You have to charge new firmware ( start from scratch ) as it requires a reflash, although you can make a previous copy of your settings, with the right tools. ( dreamboxedit, dreamset, etc ).
