You need to ftp in to folder /media/hdd/ and there you find files named enigma2_crash_some random number.log check latest date on file if you have multiple files from old crash
Copy the file with latest date to your computer and upload here

For my I don't prefer using Wi-Fi on my Vuplus Zero 4k.
Believe me it's better to use the cabel. It's faster and more stable.
I tried the Wi-Fi only once.
