black hole keeps restarting over and over again saying a software issue

just done a factory reset box now boots up black hole few seconds then a green sceen screen says your stb as enconterd a software error for a couple of seconds the repeats it over and over again remote control does not work any advise would be apprieciated this is all new to me

Reflash image.
 
same issue, cant find reliable blackhole version apart from 214 and that doesnt have ePG working on it, any advice on what version to install that is relaible and doesnt go green all the time, EPG would be helpful , cant understand that solo and dup where so reliable yet the software for blachole duo2 is poor so far for me.
 
don't us a backup after reflashing start from scratch my friend has no problems with latest on Vu+Duo2 but he always starts with clean image and backup channellist from DBE

Duo2 green all the time ???

Then you use different image and box
I do not have such phenomena.

But I also use clean image installations.
 
I always install from scratch. Green error page is somthing that everyone who has these boxes knows about its basically a crash log.
I have installed the latest blackhole from scratch and it looks stable just need to find a decent epg , one that keeps my wife happy so she can see whats on now and next lol
 
Got it, installed cross epg using v uk and sky uk rytec, now and next is working and this image is rocking thank you blackhole team
