Black Hole speed up Error installing extensions

when trying to activate plugin in some black hole speed up, but it is not possible because package fails says "unknown package enigma-plugin-extensions .."
opkg_install_cmd "Can not install package .."

Even when I uninstall a package already installed on the image and I want to install the error continues

You need internet connection to enable/install packages via BH SpeedUp panel.
