Thanks to Black Hole team, the plugin comes by default with BH image
After the completion downloading the image, Click the Green button and you'll find it in the 2nd page.

Thanks nfa 2000 i solved the problem by reinstalling the image.

you can do this in 2 ways
1st method by installing Vu+ player from the app store
2nd method via OpenWebif , Just write your Vu+ IP address in your mobile internet browser
