thanks for replying, i have tried as u said, but the problem exist again, in the same frequency on the bbc knowledge hd channel there is no problem, but bbc hd as soon as i change to channel to watch it, i see a green panel of crash/ error report and solo restarts

I you are using try another.
Otherwise, I do not know why

in case u need to see the crash logs, i attached them, and i use pre saved channel list, i have deleted hotbird channels and again search it, no change, i have cleaned the image to the original image of solo and then again change it to BH2.4 but no change.

bbc hd from hot bird is scrambled; you're asking about help with stuff we do not provide here.
That's against board rules.

I installed this new image . but when i try to download plugins from server of image .
he tells that download was succesfuly done .but when i look for this plugin i d ont find it
it s surely a mistace because seems that i can not download from server of the latest image.

It was a very bad gitf. We don't support clones. Read Board rules before posting.
