Black Hole Vu+ Solo2 2.1.4

I have just installed this in my VU solo 2 but it wont start up. The usb seemed to work fine and the box flashed and began starting up. The Black Hole image appeared on the screen for a few seconds and then the screen went blank. The display on the box just reads VU Solo. I have tried this several times now and keep getting the same problem. Can anyone help? Many thanks

Vu+Solo don't have a display so I'm very curios where you see that info ... I'm pretty sure you have a clone that is not welcome here.
