Black Hole Vu+ Uno v.2.0.1 OE 2

I see a problem with PIP on HD channels. I am aware of the fact that this is not supported by the hardware.
When i just had the box I saw a strobe effect on the PIP window when used for HD channels. With later versions PIP did not work at all on HD.
As it is was not very functional on a single tuner box anyway, I did not pay any attention to it anymore (same transponder only)

Since a while I put the new Dual tuner in to my UNO, which by the way works great! Now i tried PIP again as I have 2 tuners available.
With SD it works as documented but with HD it seems to work on the same channel when activated, but the main window will not move to any other channel. If i keep on trying moving to further channels the software seems to get hung. I see the icon of the CPU Busy circling and all input is blocked. The only remedy is the power switch at the back. It does not produce a green screen condition and no logs are available!

Sometimes I forget which channels are HD and which are not (yes i know i can see it via many ways), but it still happens to me and some visitors don't know the difference between SD/HD anyway. A fix or lock (block PIP with HD channels) would be an improvement. Or am I the only person with this problem?
 
I have BH 2.0.0 on vuuno.
I tried recording on usb as explained on this forum but it did'nt work for me.
Can anybody guide me on this please.

At first upgrade to 2.0.1 and do an online update to rev.A, afterthen do Menu > Set Up > System > Recording Paths and select in Default movie path your USB stick/movie (use a good stick, because you can have a problem of speed of stick)

Rescan your channels, that one you want to record should be MTV Music or am I wrong?
I guess that one was mtv music, yes. But also other. But now you're saying, I think the other one was from same caid or ident. Altough I will rescan.

I hope, you did an upgrade to 2.0.1 and next an online update. If you are able to see a channel, you should record without a problem (same channel).

Yes I updated. I can also transfer movies via ftp..But still this error..

Processor of Uno is not fast enough to do PIP on HD channels.
Finally solved this one. It was caused by problems with concurrent HD decoding apparently. Moving from my Aston Dual Cam to something else solved this problem. Now it only strobes on HD channels as expected but further works normally.

I dont't understand :confused:. Error in what? You are watching a channel on your TV, you want to record it. (Record button on your RC, you choose an option). Should record!
Please, try recording with FTA channel!

Next time you post a similar thing you will be banned, forever. No illegal software support here.

i purchased a vu+ uno receiver recently & within these days i'm facing a lot of problems like "we are really sorry your receiver encountered a software problem and needs to be restarted" and after restarting my all data & settings are washedup. plz help

Too generic help request.
Post at least a crashlog (you can take it from the box via FTP, they are stored into /hdd folder)
