That skin has everything I am looking for...dark background, clear view, essential information, analog watch, etc.
A skin should be as less invasive as possible on the screen, that's what you did...congratulations my friend.
You have one more fan here, keep it updated forever!
 
After 1.4.2 installation I found only one Blackshadow skin from the BH panel.
That skin is not the same anymore...the two tones colour is black & white insyead of black & blue!
How to get the previous one?
