BlackHole Vu+ Duo 1.6.2 Final ***** ??

Just downloaded and installed BlackHole Vu+ Duo 1.6.2 Final, installation went fine but there is no image. Before when I tried other images I could through the plug in menu download ***** without problems but here I don't seems to have that option.
Anyone who can help please....have a 4 year old that is driving me mad
