Bouquet Updater

Is there a plugin to update automatically the bouquet list and picons? I use dreambox edit to modify Vhannibal list and uploaded to my receiver. Now I want to autoupdate the list, without downloading every time the new list and in parallel to keep my modifications.​

I do not think so for picons!
May be some one can create such a plug-ins..!
