cannot update

The software does not need anything, in that respect. This thread has become very messy. What has to do the number of recordings at the same time with the title of the thread? Nothing. In case, this has to do with your tuner configuration. But we don't know anything about:
1) the image you are using (you completely left apart the thread topic: did you manage to flash your box)?
If you are using VTi, as I suspect, you are in the wrong forum. This is the forum devoted to BH and OBH.
2) Your issue, as I said, is related to your tuner configuration, because even a normal HDD has always been able to perform multiple recordings. But, open a new thread and post your tuner configuration.

No, it did not matter what image to be installed, it is always no
I just want to record 4 satellites at once, that why I bought the box in the first place

Again: you are totally missing all the details we need!!! How we can help you if we know nothing about your system?!? How many LNBs, their type, your image. Nothing! You tell us nothing! Or do you think there is a magic tuner configuration good for every LNBs, sytems and images?
 
2 lnb's, general purpose installed a fair time, this does not alleviate the issue I have, Cannot put image.
Followed all the instructions you provided me but still a negative
 
nothing has changes except images, some worked, others did not but I am still asking for help here, think the lnb's were 0.5dB

Did you ask a question for several hours? But what's the problem at all? The topic is born, created by you, supposedly because you can not install an image on the equipment ... however together to this "pure garbage" topic that is, completely out of context!

It's a 4K uno if, it has two USB ports on the back .... a FAT32-formatted USB pen, unzip the image for this. Disconnects the box on the rear button, inserts the ports of the ports, turns on the button, on the screen will appear the msg "Update" shoots on the Box Power button and waits for the process!

It does not, off all cables (exect the power supply), you can pull the HDD drawer in order to disconnect and try to try it.

Preferably give a pen with the lowest possible ability.
 
I aaked Alex a proper question, as I cannot get more than 2 satellites at any one time, Simple really why did he go offensive about this, I am asking him to writ the software, just a simple question, there is still no answer to change the image with a stick

Techie speaking, my 4K box is capable of recording 10 vertical and 10 Horizontal satellites, this is what it originally did but very quickly dropped to 2, this point it drive me mad because no matter what I do I cannot change the image

Do factory Rest>>>>Start from Zero>>>>install new BH/OBH image>>>if things are fine >>>Good>>>If NOT fine>>> take it to a Tech Shop.

Hopefully your VU is original.

Why is tere so much arrogance in a subject of not being to update, I have had a satellite receiver for 30 years and never had increasing problems.
a simple diagnostic solution would suffice, HELP Me instead of complaining about an attitude that I do not have
 
Are you sure you're putting the right firmware for the VU+ model in question?

Normally there is no problem in the process .... Uncompacts the firmware for the pen?
 
Tonight, I tried reformatting with Windows MS but still its no, what can be wrong, I am lost and the forum is not helping, so get your attitude in the trasher and help me
