Can't watch two channels with latest BH

Can anyone help? i used to be able to watch a premium channel downstairs on the VU solo 2 whilst i watched a different premium channel upstairs on VLC player

But all of a sudden i can only watch a premium channel on one or the other

does anyone know the solution?

first of all we need to know how is composed your Sat system ....

its a vu solo 2 - i now notice that on the INFO bar there is a red light flashing next to the clock - what does that mean? also in OPENWEBIF there is a red icon next to the power on off in the top right corner

i have checked and there are no recordings happening? why are these red lights showing?

The red flashing light is for a recording, so something is taking up one of the tuners. I seem to recall someone having a similar problem, with a recording, but can't recall how it happened, or how it was resolved.
I think it was posted, on the forum, somewhere, so hopefully that owner will recognize the problem and post the solution.

someone suggested checking timeshift settings where would i find those?
