Channel list picture

I somehow removed the picture from the right edge of the channel list. Now, there is a channel name and information about the program. How do I get the picture back to the channel list to the right side?

what skin U are using?
 
Use a skin,,,,that include (PIG),,,from BH addon server!
Like,,,This one

Make sure its for the BH image ver U are using (1.7.x)
