I know that, but unfortunatelly ... this transponder frequence ... 11500V as user said don´t exist!

This might be a reception issue, so please post your general location, and size of your dish.

Sorry the TP should be 11550V/DVB-S2/MPEG-4/28800-3/5,8psk. As i told you earlier that i don't have any issue with Amiko SHD8900, this is a problem in prism cube as welll.

signal quality reading vary between 56 to 62 for those SD TP's.
this is a known problem for many boxes, i have the same problem in manhattan passion LX1920-II .
i heard dm800 works and other dm models cant scan this tp .

It sounds like a dish problem, not a receiver problem.
Different receivers have different tuners, some are more sensitive than others, so can lock on to a weaker signal. Your SD signal readings are quite low, and HD channels are more difficult to pick up.
You could try adjusting your dish, to see if you can improve the signal, and check the beam maps, to see what size dish is required, in your region.

As i mentioned earlier this problem is faced by many people in the country of the package itself ie. Srilanka. Its widely documented many boxes except few boxes like amiko couldn't tune this TP. I want to to if there is any software fix for this issue, but i am not hopeful since the amiko shd8900 i have tried in many enigma 2 distor like openatv, openvix, open pli and doesn't have any issue for this TP. Is there any issue with the tuner or some config done to the tuner in the firmware level?

i assume you expect to see the channels for the TP in that file, the issue we have is that the box didn't even lock this TP.
i believe Amila Perera also has the same issue. This kind of issue was reported for the solo model ( not solo2 ) for symbol rates such as 30000. There was a FPGA patch for this problem to make the tuner lock high symbol rate tp for DVBS2. i am thinking this TP also would require such FPGA patch or driver upgrade since its a basic tuner firmware or tuner hardware issue.
