I have update crossepg providers to dowload from xepgdb_rytec_clouditaly_xmltv__xepgdb_repacked_.conf ( the 2 db:
I got 2 files:
- crossepg.headers.db ( around 2 M )
- crossepg.descriptors.db ( around 6 M )
I suppose that's Ok !
When i ask to convert the the ext.epg.dat ( and than the epg.dat ) file is generated ( around 2 M ) and has a strange not readable format
My questions:
- the size of epg.dat ( 2 M ) is correct in front of crossepg.descriptors.db ( around 6 M ) ?
- If I read the begining of the file using 'more epg.dat' i got strange characters not readable is that correct ?
( My hope was that it was equal to epgui.dat format used by the glorious old dreambox and I want to copy the epg.dat as epgui.dat in my old dream )
If epg.dat has to be in this not readable format there is a way to convert epg.dat using linux ( es ubuntu ) or windows to epgui.dat ?
