Eutelsat 5w fully operational?

Where's the 5W at? Anyone else got 5W on a torodial 55? I'm in Norway, Oslo area. I only get 29 radio channels from the transalpine beam, which is kinda strange since that footprint shouldn't reach Norway. I need the Europa beam but can't get any thing.
 
Everything on 5W appears to be on the transalpine beam:

As far as I know, when replacing this satellite in January 2020, there were problems that apparently have not been or can not correct... is to research to what extent it may affect what you want to tune in.
