frequency probleme Vu+ engima2

Hello,

i want to ask why somes frequencies doesn't work on Vu+ enigma 2 box but its work normaly only on Openbox s6, Opticum HD x403p, or Card satellite. like this one :

Eutelsat 10A 10938.00 V
DVB-S2 8PSK 10000 5/6

Some users said that the signal is perfect, but the probleme is from the box, its does'nt support the signal format; that is true ?

From Lyngsat website, the TP you have reported is a standard DVB-S2 TP so there is no problem to tune it if you have covered by SAT signal.
