from tow day i update my uno l HD from the menu and hang my receiver so i tired to install a new image but not read the usb

Problem with flash image has been written many times here.
You have to try more USB sticks.
Not just one.
And you have to be sure you're doing everything right, to flash box.
If it does not help you may have a defect box.
