How many SD or HD hours on a 1TB HDD?

Does anyone know how many hours of recording time are available on a 1TB. How many HD or SD hours of recording can 1TB take?

Approx 120 hrs of HD.

I'm not sure tbh I don't record much SD... I just know that HD on my receiver is about 8gb / hour roughly.
