how to delete all Kodi data and reset default settings?

Firmware: Black Hole 3.0.5 K (Build 2018-04-09-master)

If im good remember you mast delete Kodi folder in hdd or usb [ i dont know where you have this folder ].
This folder is " hiden "

I have already checked the hdd and usb filter but they are empty.

It depends what you want to uninstall, you can either uninstall specific source, addons, etc..
Alternatively I once used an add on, that gives you a clean start, and restores Kodi to how it was originally installed, allowing you to start from scratch.
I can't remember which one I used but try an internet search for how to do a fresh start, on VU+, or an Enigma2 receiver.

Fixed, I find the hidden user folder Kodi named ".kodi" located on "/home/root"

Note that you have pushed the Kodi Plugin, without having an hdd mapped as /media/hdd for handling kodi.

This way, you stb flash memory should be soon filled up.
