i am having problems installing ipk files on BH3.02.C

Yes
BH Images need´s other dependencies as the other Images
so its not possible to Install "normal .ipk´s"
But you can Install the EMC and a lot of Plugins/addons from
the Blackhole Update Feed by Pressing Green/Yellow on your RemoteControl
