IPTV Bouquets Not Working

I'm using eSettings+ to import and convert m3u playlists into bouquets. Although the streams that do work only stream for about 30 seconds before freezing. To get the stream to replay I have to reboot and again the stream only streams for around 30 seconds before freezing again.

I've managed to configure Kodi to receive over 600 IPTV channels, but getting IPTV on the Enigma2 platform is proving challenging. This is a typical m3u playlist I'm trying to stream. Is the format correct before conversion?

Use Open Black Hole image for m3u streams and IPTV.
At the moment work I think all the other streams from channellist but not m3u.

Link you have post is not m3u but ts.
Ts stream working in Enigma2 both images Black Hole and Open Black Hole
directly from channellist.
But you have to make the correct link conversion ,to use in the channellist.
At the forum we had information on converting
or use DreamBoxEdit program for the channel list.
New versions support IPTV.
