Low bitrate channels hard to watch

Hi all,
I have a Vu+ Solo SE running BlackHole 3.02. I have problems decoding low bitrates channels like "The Media Office" at 39E or "FutureUSA" at 26E. Images are scattered and with heavy stutterings. Is there any chance to watch them fine by i.e. adjusting a buffering setting?

Are you certain it's not just picture break up, from poor satellite signal quality?
Where is your general location?
What size dish are you using?
What are the satellite signal quality readings, on those two channels?

I have a 120cm dish in Turin (Torino), northern Italy. All the channels I mentioned have very poor quality and are hard to receive; all have low bitrate. Other channels on the same satellite, instead, are just fine. Kingofsat reports "The Media Office" is broadcasting at 9901 Kbps, while "The voice Bulgaria" (Bulsatcom) at 48.4 Mbps. I believe stutterings are due to bitrate differences. The same happens with low bitrate channels (7130 Kbps) which are broadcast by Badr4 FSS beam. Instead, I perfectly receive channels like Cordoba TV wich is broadcast via Badr5 Maghreb beam (according to Satbeams I shouldn't see that channel because my geo position is off footprint).
