Media Player doesn't display all SRT subtitles

I've been watching a movie (HDD sharing) and noticed that not all of the sentences have been displayed :mad: I use SRT subtitles. Any ideas?

Whot subtiles ? subtiles is in english language on polish with ś ć ż ..... ? film and subtiles is in one folder ?
Box see srt subtiles but format mast be in UTF-8 .

Actually it's a polish subtitles but I think doesn't matter what language, media player just sheds some sentences (about 5 % of all in average 1h30min movie).

The few subtitles i have had problems with, could be fixed by either rename srt and video file to something simple or convert to utf8 (notepad ++ can do it).
Have you tried to open the file to see if the sentence is actually in it?

Rename to something simple either convert to UTF8 don't help. Not always the same sentences are missing, sometimes it is a different ones.
I have check them sentences on my computer and they do exist. The player on my laptop displays all sentences with no problem.

Please post example from your PC and from box who no work maybe will be possible find reason this.
Whot tols you used to convert to srt and utf8 format ?
Try download version txt subtiles and look on pc and next try this some on srt on your box; please write you have problem or no ?

No one has noticed the issue? Is it happening to me only? Can someone confirm the same problem? Please, it's very important .

In addition, we obseved that after transferring a movie to disk, it is not seen by Media Player only after reboot or restart E2.

I've transferred many times media files and I never detected this "issue".
You should try to exit from Media <player and reopen it

I never had this problems before ... the problems appeared after addition Subtitle Settings.
I hope this will be resolved soon because the Duo2 not possible to go back to a BH version that works correctly.

Have you tried without that plugin?

If the problem is with Media Player, the problem is into Vu+ code and you should report it directly to vu+ dev team.
