Mediatomb DLNA server

You can test Pli image (use MiniDlna) or something else (i don't remember) that use Ushare.
We have tested both but are poor.
MiniDlna is good for tv compatibility but the m3u stream don't work.
Mediatomb is better because stream works between boxes Pc and Ps3.

my idea is to use vu+solo like a NAS, with a 2TB usb harddisk, and do not spend money for buy a really NAS.

Do you think that Mediatomb is good for this ? I want use it with a samsung TV, a Win7 pC, and an Android phone
 
No i think is not a good idea to use solo for Mediatomb DLNA server.
Not enough memory and cpu power.
Better that you use your Pc for Dlna server.
Install the hard disk in your Pc and mount it in solo so you can record on your server hdd.
