Hi

Has anyone tested yesterday's new drivers on this image ?? I could upgrade them using VUCC but I would like to get some feedback from one of the mods before doing so. Are these going to be available on the update image feed anytime soon ??

I didn't test yet, but you can be sure at 100% that they will work. On future releases will be included last Vu+ driver, maybe not this, but newer one.
 
No, no, no :p. I'll install them this evening, I didn't have time till now. Don't worry, I'll let you now ;).

PS: It's so difficult to make full backup and install them right now? I'll do this evening same thing. :)

Will see. I don't suppose a new image is needed just for the sake of new drivers. A simple feed update with the new ones would suffice. Anyway I'll install the new ones later using VUCC and work it from there. No need to do a full backup of your present image. VUCC will let you revert to the old ones in case you have any issues as long as you back them up once running the program.
 
Installed now by FTP, everything is OK.

PS: My Dbase of image USB fullbackups grown of 1 backup. ;). Could be usefull in future.

I installed the new driver vuplus-dvb-modules-3.3.8-4.4.3-vusolo2-20130904.tar.gz, but my receiver not want to start it remains stuck on Starting ...
How connected with FTP in this case?

I've installed them without problems.
FYI I'm at work and I've done the update via SSH connection, after reboot the box it's come back online immediately.
I can only suggest to connect to your box via telnet/ssh and send the following command:
Code: 
dmesg

and report here the output.
