New Vu uno 4K--Help

Thanks all for sugestions.
The old box able to get both SD and HD channels, things make me crazy this Vu also ever get the good signal for few hours, then all gone.

Next troubleshooting will be :

• Adjusting LNB position
• Look into detail all connection and re-do all connection if necessary strating from LNB, disecq switch and up to the box.
• If above not help, then replace all cables and switch. Including LNB?

Hope the problem will solve.

Talking about forcing 12V voltage, what is the function of voltage mode polarization and increase voltage ON/OFF? On the old box one LNB ran with 12V ON

I have the same issue as you, I had a qviart MINI 2 working fine. I just got VU+ UNO 4K SE and using the same cable I cannot get good signal. If I plug the Qviart I can see HD channels from Astra 1 but with Vu+ nothing. Whats going on with this receiver. Does it need much better signal than a normal receiver?
