no epg---help!!

Vu+ Newbie
hi, i have a vu+ solo since 2 months and everything was working perfect. suddenly around 1 week back i have no channels in my epg. i have restarted it many times and i can only see the image starting gui...with no possibility to switch channels. i have updated software but nothing changed.. please help
 
I would just start from the beginning and re flash your Solo with a fresh image.What version of Blackhole did you have in previously?
 
thanks zengari..someone configured this for me so i am new...i dont use cross epg and if i want to it asks me for a drive..sats: astra 2/eurobird 1, astra, hotbird, atlantic bird

thanks robocop, i have no idea what version it was before, but its the latest version right now and it was working even after the update so i dont think the update is the problem
 
Is it just the epg you are having trouble with or the whole thing as you have said you can't switch channels and it's stuck on starting gui?
