A and B are equal.
I have Astra 19.2 and Astra 23.5 both installed on A and A
and after that do I have to Loup-through or make them equal ?Connect one to A
and the second to B.
I think you have to config like this:
Example: Astra 19.2 on A and Astra 23.5 on B
You have to config A
Config mode simple
Mode single
Satellite Astra 19.2
You have to config B
Config mode simple
Mode single
Satellite Astra 23.5
===================
What can you see and record
Example:
Record on 19.2 E
you can see all channels with the same polarisation
and frequency on 19.2 E
and all channels on 23.5 E
A and B are equal.

This sounds strange to me though. Before I had a Topfield and three LNB's connected to it. That means two times three cables connected to each other three by three and from there the to cables were connected to the PVR. No Diseqc as now and I could watch whatever station while recording.so you have 2 lnbs and both are connected to tuner A? do you have any diseqc switch?
i guess you don't and 19.2 is linked to tuner A, position 23.5 is linked to tuner B (as a example)
Is it?
In this situation when you're recording channels from 19.2 you can only watch channels from 23.5, and other way - when recording from 23.5 is on, then you can only watch channels from 19.2
Both tuners cannot be set as equal because you've got two different sats.
In my opinion your configuration should be set as follow:
(this is example only, if you do not have diseqc switch)
tuner A should be set as simple, single, Astra 19.2, diseqc no
tuner B - simple, single, Astra 23.5, diseqc no
In this case you'll be able to watch channels from 19.2 when recording from 23.5 and watch channels from 23.5 when recording from 19.2
there is more options to view channels from 19.2 when recording from 19.2 is on but that will cost you money and you need to replace your lnbs and buy multiswitch
that's not cost effective and better solution is buying motor with twin lnb
in this case you'll be able to watch channels and recording from one satellite
hope it hepls
sorry matrix did not refresh my web browser
I'm sorry mate I do not agree with you - when you've got one sat and recording is on on this sat - your tuner is busy and is not able to show you any other channel. And it doesn't matter what polarisation it is.
As per info from the image - no tuner data.
I might be wrong but it's from my experience and it never ever work that way, whatever CPU you've got in your box
It is not correct
you can do with a only one tuner ,recording one channel
and to watch the second
If the channel
is on the same transponder with the same frequency and polarization.
Thanks so far for your comments.
Tomorrow I going to work-out some of your suggestions, but first I am going to sleep.
I am coming back on this later.
