On screen display (OSD) problem on VU+ Duo 4K SE BT Edition

Issue even with 1080 after instaling some pluging may be.
It's the any way to clean the STB like flashing by Rs232 ou something like this?

Do you have a Hard Drive connected? Or any USB connectors?
If yes, please turn off your receiver, using the switch at the rear, remove the hard drive, and everything else, including the coax cables, then try re-flashing again, with just the HDMI cable connected.

I had already do manything before posting her
I used 3 different HDMI Cable
Tryed the 4 HDMI Port ou my TLC TV
I had non hard Drive , no USB connected , all usb port are free
I had test several image (Blackhol , VTI, Open PLi , OPEN ATV , OPENBH.. even officiel image by VU+)
Tested all mod 480I , 520P,720P, FHD , UHD, (50Hz , 60Hz , multi......)

Alway the same , OSD OK in Web Interafce but not OK on my TCL TV

Now i m sure , the issue is the communication bertween my 4K TCL TV and my VU+ Duo 4SE , because when i use my Acer PC sreen , i have OSD , all is fine .After booting with my Acer PC screen OSD is back then i can plug plus the HDIMI cable on my TVL TV and get OSD , but is i reboot the VU DO 4K , then no OSD again on my TCL TV

Can you contact TCL support and check if there's a setting, that needs to be changed, to get the OSD to display, or if the problem is with your television?
I assume that you used the HDMI connector, on your PC monitor, when checking the display, what are your monitor display settings?
