picture freeze but sound ok

hi all I need some help with my duo+2
I am on 2.1.7.1 image cross epg using memory stick
for some strange reason my picture will freeze sometimes 4 times a day
and the sound is ok,
has anyone else had this and how did you fix
I hope its not my duo+2 that's faulty

Freezes on channels FTA, HD?
Where it freezes ... A dish not correct aligned, bad/poor signal, with wind and rain, can cause it!

Yes free to air and it can be hd or sd.on 28.2e snr is 99%
I have checked all on motor and its got me stumped.
I have gone back to 2.1.5 image and see how it goes.
